What time do Puzzle Daily puzzles reset?
Every puzzle resets at midnight UTC. At that moment a brand-new Wordle, Tetrord, Pentord and Wordmaze unlock for the day, so everyone around the world plays the same puzzles.
Can I play previous puzzles?
Yes. Every game has a full archive of past puzzles. Open any game and tap the calendar icon in the header to browse and play any earlier day. Note that only today's puzzle counts toward your streak.
Is Puzzle Daily free to play?
Completely free. There's no sign-up, no account, and no download required — just open the site and start playing in your browser.
Do I need an account to play?
No account is needed. Your progress, stats and streaks are saved automatically in your browser, so you can pick up right where you left off on the same device.
How do I play Wordle?
Guess the hidden 5-letter word in 6 tries. After each guess the tiles change color: green means the letter is correct and in the right spot, orange means the letter is in the word but in a different spot, and dark grey means the letter isn't in the word. A new word is available every day.
What is Tetrord?
Tetrord is a daily deduction word game. You guess a 4-letter word in 8 tries, but instead of colored hints you're only told how many letters are correct — never which ones. It's all about logic and elimination.
What is Pentord?
Pentord is a harder twist on the classic word game. You guess a 5-letter word in 8 tries, but the meaning of the two clue colors swaps every day. Before you can crack the word, you first have to work out what the colors mean today.
What is Wordmaze?
Wordmaze is a daily word game where the hidden word changes length every day — anywhere from 3 to 10 letters — and you get unlimited guesses. It rewards patient deduction over speed.
How are my stats and streaks saved?
Your stats, history and streaks are stored locally in your browser. They stay on your device and aren't tied to an account, so clearing your browser data or switching devices will start them fresh.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Puzzle Daily works in any modern mobile browser, and you can add it to your home screen for a full-screen, app-like experience.
